If there is any problem with your order, please bring it to our awareness within 7 days of the delivery. Any claims made post this period will not be entertained.

- You have received a Broken or Damaged bottle.
- You have received the Wrong product or the Wrong quantity.

Disqualification for Return or Exchange:
Your request for a return or exchange will be denied if:
- The issue is reported after 7 days of the delivery date.
- The provided pictures and/or videos are not clear or adequate.
- The address label photo is missing.
- The information you provided is incomplete or misleading.
